What is Hua Hin Stay?

Hua Hin Stay is the vacation rental / real estate agent that offers luxury self-contained apartments in Hua Hin. All units offered are fully furnished, well-decorated together with private beach front access, and all with easy access to Hua Hin town center. Our apartments are ideal for families, groups or extended stay.

Hua Hin Stay provides different apartments in Hua Hin area. All apartments have direct access to Hua Hin's beaches and easy access to Hua Hin town center. Hua Hin Stay office (for check in) is located on Petchkasem Road, please see our office map in "Contact Us".

What time is Check-in & Check-out?

Check-in is between 2 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Check-out is before noon.

Early check-in and late check-out is available with extra charge, please provide us with the details and approximate time of arrival or departure in the registration form. We will provide the information and contact person (via e-mail) who will accomodate you during the off working hours.

Where and how can I get the keys?

Is there a minimum number of nights I must book?

For regular weekdays and weekends, the minimum is 1 night. However, during long weekends such as New Years or Songkran (Thai New Year), we normally require a minimum booking of 2-4 nights depending.

What happens if I need to cancel the booking?

If you need to cancel the booking, please notify us immediately by e-mail  or fax. However a cancellation fee will be applied, please see our Terms and Conditions for further details.

What if I need to change my booking dates of my rental apartment ?

Please note that changing dates is only allowed for the same unit as your original booking. Changing dates will require us to update the owner, our systems and our staff and may therefore incur an administrative charge once payment has been made. We will try our best to accommodate your request depending on availability, etc. Furthermore if changes are not possible, then our cancellation policy will apply, Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.

What if I want to change my booked apartment to a different one?

Unlike hotels, Hua Hin Stay doesn't own the units for rent (each is owned by individual owners) and merely act as an agent, so we are not able to accommodate this once payment has been made or after check in. The only situation where we will do so is if the unit is, or becomes unlivable, eg due to a major breakdown of equipment, toilets, etc or force of nature which was not caused by the tenant. In such a case, we will do the best we can to repair or fix the situation, or move you to an alternative apartment of a similar standard if available. If we cannot accommodate a move to another rental apartment and you no longer wish to stay with us, our cancellation policy will apply.

How secure are my credit card details?

Your payment will be secured by using internet payment gateway provided by Bangkok Bank (PLC). All information will be confidential. Hua Hin Stay has registered with Merchant Ipay in order to secure customer’s payment.

What is the payment method? Can I just pay a deposit and pay the rest when I get there?

Payment shall be made in full via Online Credit Card Payment system or confirmed bank transfer in order to gaurantee booking. If you are experiencing issues please contact us. Please note that no deposit is required.

Are the prices quoted per person or apartment?

Prices quoted are per apartment per night. However, the number of guests cannot exceed the maximum recommeded number of guests as described in the unit descriptions.

Are there extra charges for electricity or water?

There are no additional charges for electricity and water usage in the case of daily rental. For rental periods exceeding 3 weeks (ie if you stay 21 nights and above), electricity charges will be the renter's responsibility (according to actual usage as indicated on the meter). The electricity charge will be collected in cash at the rate of 6.00 Baht net per unit from the day of check in till check out.

Does the price include taxes?

7% VAT will be added to the final rental total. The final rate will be shown on the payment page.

Can I bring pets with me?

Pets are strictly not allowed in any of the properties. Failure to follow our pet policy will result in immediate termination of rental contract and no refund will be made.

Are there any of the following equipments in the apartments: Washing machine, Clothes dryer, Hair dryer?

Unfortunately we do not have these items in the apartments. However the MRK Apartment have a laundry service and there is a laundry service next door to the Hua Hin Stay office.

All rooms are provided with towels and beddings according to the number of guests.

No, we do not provide nor have additional beds. Furthermore we do not provide baby cots.

Can I request for extra bed linens and towels during my stay?

We are able to provide additional linens and towels for a fee:

We charge the fee itself each time we provide a freshly laundered item. If you are a long stay guest and have left the extra piece of linen for laundering for our housekeepers, you will have to pay for another set.

Please note we already provide linens and towels according to the number of guests stated in the confirmation voucher. Furthermore, for stays exceeding 4 days, our housekeepers will provide fresh linens and towels according to the number of guests upon each cleaning schedule.

Do Your Apartments Have English Channels?

The MRK Apartment has limited English channels such as: Al-Jazeera, NHK, Channel News Asia. Unfortunately they do not offer CNN, BBC or ESPN.

PLM Apartment has Al-Jazeera.

But of course you didn't come all the way to Hua Hin to watch all TV right?  Smile

How often are the apartments cleaned?

We offer the cleaning service only for those renting the apartment for periods exceeding one week. In such case the cleaning will be done twice a week, including changing sheets and towels. More frequent maid service will be provided with additional charge by request.

Is there hot water in the apartments?

There is hot water in the showers only, but not in the kitchen or bathroom sinks, which is common in apartments in Thailand.

Where Can I Find Out the Size of the Units?

The size of the unit is displayed on the right hand side of the web page and is measured in square meters (sqm). The size measures the usable area of the unit for example, for apartments, it will include the balcony and other private facilities exclusive to that unit such as a private pool or private jacuzzi.

While staying at the MRK Apartment, may I use the Marrakesh Hotel facilities?

Unfortunately, the only facility that condominium guests may use, is the restaurant. All other facilities can only be used by hotel guests and vice versa.

What happens if I break something?

We have a mechanic on standby during office hours (09.00 am – 05.00 pm).  If the damage was caused by the guest, there will be an extra charge according to the item’s value as stated in Terms & Conditions. In case of normal wear and tear, Hua hin Stay will be responsible for the items free of charge.

What happens if something goes wrong while I am staying in the apartment?

On the confirmation e-mail we provide you with a 24 hour emergency telephone number or simply contact the security office in the building. Another alternative is to visit our staff at our office or contact us via email.
