How to Get the Key

Check-in Steps :

1. Pick up the room key at the Hua Hin Stay office.

2. At our office you will:

a) Present the confirmation voucher which you would have received by email.

b) Present your identification documents (Passport for non-Thai or ID Card for Thai Nationals)

c) Fill in a form to provide your personal details.

d) Pay a refundable cash deposit of THB 2,000 (if staying less than 7 days) or THB 5,000 (all other cases). This is to cover the cost of the key, and will be refunded in cash during checkout.

     Upon completing the above, you will be presented with the room key.

3. With the room key, head over to Marrakesh Residence (150 metres away) and present the key at the reception desk to find out your room’s location.
