We offer cozy one bedroom serviced apartment with fully equipped kitchen and private balcony. The room is decorated in modern boutique style together with great functionality. TV and DVD player are provided in the living area for in room entertainment. The room is spacious with garden view, suitable for family vacation or long stay. The room has special option which can connect to another 1 bedroom unit (GB-13E). Combining 2 rooms can accommodate up to 8 people, great stay for closed friends or big family.

The rental rate includes:

  • Room rent (excluding VAT)

  • 1 car park spot at the underground car park (building management will not allow more than this). Parking space is allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis and may be full during peak periods.

 

The rental rate excludes:

  •  Housekeeping & laundry - There will be an extra charge of THB 250 for final cleaning and laundry costs which will be added to room rental.

  • Beach towels and soap/shampoo are not provided; you are advised to bring your own.

  • Meals and bottles of water are not provided. There are restaurants and cafes nearby.
